The Premier Cat Hotel Tokyo is a cat-only pet hotel in Minato-ku, Tokyo.

As we believe that cats are precious family, our rooms are all private. Cats can stay without contacting other unknown cats.

In a prime area in Tokyo, we offer spacious rooms that cats can move up and down.

To secure our service quality, our staffs are all qualified members including pet sitters.

Every room has steps and can be moved up and down.

・Daily report・

During the stay, we send you daily updates about cat activities with photos via LINE or e-mails.

・Food・

 You can bring your own cat-food or we can prepare it for 300 yen per day per cat.

・Pick up service・

We offer the pick-up service with 500yen +tax for one way.

・Animal hospital・

We have two cooperative animal hospitals nearby.

・Discount・

You can get 10% discount when your cats stay 7 days or more.

【Necessary conditions for cats】

・Limited to pets who have received mixed vaccinations within one year to prevent infection in the hotel. We will check your vaccination certificate at the time of deposit.

・Please prevent fleas and ticks at animal hospitals.

・Limited to healthy cats that are over 5 months old and excluding elderly cats.

・If it is difficult to provide the service at our hotel, we may refuse the use in advance or even on the day of your stay.

【Cancel policy】

If you need to make a cancellation or reschedule you will need to contact us about the change.

ⅲ）Pick-up leaving the number of nights…Half of the remaining fee will be refunded.
